When a holiday rolls around and we unwind, it’s all too easy to slip off track as we allow ourselves to have a break and switch off…

As if all the chocolate isn’t bad enough, while most of the time I’m pretty good at dodging temptation these days, in the holidays my family are always trying to persuade me to have a night off from the kitchen and get an unhealthy takeaway.
