I can’t wait for this weekend, my best friend and I are off to Brighton for some fun and Christmas shopping.
It marks the first in a line of busy weekends for me, the sort of weekends that can make my jeans feel a little uncomfortable… So it’s time to deploy my Pre-Party Season Prep!
So that I can keep my energy on side and therefore stay on top of everything else and not gain weight, I have decided that I am going to be completely clean outside of those events.
The lead up to Christmas can be exhausting and as the late nights, heavy meals, alcohol and to do lists start to catch up, it can become completely overwhelming trying to hold everything together, especially if your energy starts to slide and you start to feel yourself gaining weight.
You end up getting to Christmas feeling exhausted, bloated and emotional!
Yuk, no thanks, not for me!
So as I said, I am going to be extra vigilant with my energy this year. I am going to:
Where do YOU need to be on your guard?
What small rules can you set that will make all the difference?
If struggling to eat clean, knowing what to eat and having the time to cook clean is holding you back, then I have something for you.
You can thank Susie from bootcamp for it as she reminded me how valuable my 30 Days of Fat Loss cookbooks are, she has just lost 5lbs using them!
I use them all the time, so I kind of take it for granted, but one of the most common questions I get asked is “what should I eat?”
My cookbook, with over 90 recipes (plus a cheeky bonus if you’re quick ;-)) tells you exactly that and it is the perfect answer to staying on track in the lead up to Christmas.
You get 30 breakfasts, 30 lunches 30 dinners, all designed to be quick, easy and family friendly, so you’re never bored and you always have something clean up your sleeve for hungry mouths!
(The coconut chicken is a real favourite in our house).
